Workday HCM Functional & Technical Analyst

About the Role:
We are looking for fresh graduates who are logical problem solvers, highly computer proficient, self-motivated, and quick self learners with a ‘can do’ attitude. No prior Workday experience is required—structured training will be provided
This role is a blend of functional and technical responsibilities, where you will configure Workday HCM based on business requirements, manage security settings, and work with HR teams to streamline operations.
You will receive comprehensive training on Workday HCM, including HCM core, security, business processes, reporting, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Configuration & Setup:
Configure Workday business processes, security roles, notifications, and approvals.
Set up organization structures, job profiles, and compensation plans.
Support data migration and system testing.
HR & Business Process Alignment:
Understand and map HR processes (hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, time tracking) into Workday.
Collaborate with HR teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance.
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot process gaps.
Workday Security & Reporting:
Manage security groups and access permissions in Workday.
Create and modify Workday reports (Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards).
Technical Integrations & Data Handling:
Work with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Core Connectors to transfer data.
Analyze XML/API responses to troubleshoot integration issues.
Assist in building integrations between Workday and external systems.
Support & Training:
Assist end-users with Workday queries and troubleshooting.
Provide training on system features and best practices.
Document configurations and maintain system knowledge base.
Who Should Apply?
Fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or related fields).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Interest in HR technology, cloud-based systems, and business process automation.
Basic knowledge of SQL, XML, or API concepts (preferred but not required).
Good communication skills and ability to work with HR/IT teams.
